Returns Policy
When placing your order it is important to ensure the correct delivery address and receiver’s name is provided (including any business name if shipping is to a work address). Koala Books will not take responsibility for orders lost due to incorrect delivery information provided. Should an order be returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details, Koala Books will contact you and the order can be re-sent to the correct address, but you will be charged for the expenses incurred.
We do not offer "change-of-mind" refunds or returns.
Should you receive damaged, defective or incorrectly-shipped books, they will be replaced provided that Koala Books is notified within 7 days of receipt. Please forward your order confirmation email to store@koalabooks.com.au with a note explaining the reason for return.
If you have not received your delivery, Koala Books should be notified within 3 weeks of dispatch. Please forward your order confirmation email to store@koalabooks.com.au with a note stating "goods not yet delivered".
Cancellation Policy
All orders received are dispatched between 5-7 days. Should you want to cancel an order, forward your order confirmation email to store@koalabooks.com.au with your request. Koala Books should be notified before the order is dispatched.
